COUNSELLING & COUNSELLING SUPERVISION

I’m Melanie Lee, a British Association Of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered and National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) accredited counsellor. Counselling appointments are either video sessions using Zoom, offered UK-wide, or 'walk & talk' sessions for those that prefer to be in the outdoors (daytime only, in East Lothian, Scotland). I am currently seeing adult individuals only.

I am also a Counselling Supervisor with a Level 6 Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working (Counselling Tutor).

 

For a number of years, I was also a Kundalini Yoga teacher in Edinburgh and East Lothian. I offered group classes, small group - company and private, and 1-1 sessions. Since 2020, I have been solely focusing on my counselling work, but I can bring in yoga, movement and meditation/mindfulness into sessions where appropriate, and if wished.

I aim to provide a safe, warm, accepting, supportive therapeutic relationship and space in which issues can be processed and explored, awareness increased and, where appropriate, options for change identified.
