Music
There is a lot of kundalini music available on Spotify and YouTube etc so have a browse. You can also buy the albums from Spirit Voyage. Playing mantras in your house, car or singing along to them is a good way to ‘do’ Kundalini yoga during the rest of the week. Music often used in class, in no particular order:
- Snatam Kaur – e.g. Ong Sohung, Mul Mantra, Ra Ma Da Sa
- Nirinjan Kaur – e.g. Chattr Chakkr Vartee, Aap Sahaaee Hoa. Albums: Prem Siri is beautiful and Meditations for Transformation for Kirtan Kriya
- Ajeet Kaur – e.g. Albums: At the Temple Door, Darshan and Sacred Waters
- Sada Sat Kaur – e.g. Gobinday Mukunday
